ESF offers lanced metal guides formed directly from the base metal for added economy at various lengths and PCB thicknesses of 1/16”, 3/32” and 1/8th. Or if electrical grounding is a concern, ESF offers various sizes of nylon guides that insulate the PCB from the Guide plate surfaces. We can offer any of the industry-standard finishes to your card cages and chassis, including RoHs Iridite, anodize, zinc, nickel, paint or powder, along with cosmetic in-house silk screening.
